In the 1950’s, breezeways were common on many Santa Barbaran homes. Local Architect Paul Greene designed and built this home in 1954. The owners were happy with the original 2-bedroom, 2-bath house but always wanted more room.

The cost of moving to a larger home was too daunting. In this project, the breezeway was remodeled into a new bedroom and bath.
